生命奥秘博物馆志愿者

       “志愿者”顾名思义就是以个人的志愿，去无偿的服务于社会和个人。比如：消防志愿者、教育志愿者、医护志愿者、环卫志愿者、保护野生动物志愿者等等。博物馆志愿者，也是他们当中闪闪发光，默默奉献的一员。
        人类志愿服务的历史已近百年，它起源于最初的战争救护、重建家园、安置孤儿等与战争相关的救助活动，如今已经发展成为涵盖环境保护、维护和平、经济建设和社会进步等多领域的综合服务，在服务水平及服务内涵上都上升到一定的高度。自1994年12月5日团中央成立中国青年志愿者协会以来，我国志愿服务工作也逐步步入正规化、组织化、规范化的轨道，青年志愿行动以“团结友爱、助人为乐、见义勇为、无私奉献”为服务宗旨，为社会做了大量踏踏实实的工作，在赢得社会广泛认同和好评的同时，也加深了我们对志愿服务工作的认识和理解。
        在社会各领域各行业的志愿者中，博物馆志愿者更突出它独具特点的地位和作用。他们是博物馆与公众联系的桥梁和纽带，志愿者的参与不仅有利于公众对博物馆的了解和支持，同时也为志愿者更多地获取藏品知识乃至感受博物馆的文化创造良好的机会。通过参与博物馆组织的讲解，展品进校、进社区、下乡等活动，一方面提升博物馆的社会影响力，进一步发挥博物馆的社会教育功能，促进科学知识的普及作用。另一方面为志愿者提供了实现个人社会价值和自身价值的多元平台，对倡导和谐社会，弘扬精神文明、促进经济发展起到了积极作用。
Literally, “volunteers” refers to those who serve the society and individuals for free out of their own wills, like volunteers for fire control, education, medical care, environmental protection, sanitation and protection of wild life and museum.
Among volunteers in all fields of the society, museum volunteers have unique status and functions. They are the bridge and link between the museum and the public. The involvement of volunteers not only helps the public to understand and support museums, but also creates opportunities for volunteers to understand more about exhibits and appreciate the culture of exhibition. By organizing exhibition tours among schools, communities and rural area, the museum will boost its social influence, further fulfill the function of social education and promote the popularization of scientific knowledge. On the other hand, it provides volunteers a diversified platform to realize their social and individual values and plays an active role in advocating social harmony, boosting the spiritual civilization and enhancing the economic development.
 
志愿者招募


        为更好地发挥博物馆的社会教育功能作用，促进科学知识的普及工作，现向社会公开招募志愿工作人员。

一、招募条件
1、年龄在18周岁以上，身心健康；
2、热爱博物馆事业，具有博物馆或自然科学的一般基础知识；
3、能够使用普通话和规范用语，具有医学、生物学知识背景的大学生优先；
4、具有奉献精神，热心社会公益事业，愿意利用自己的业余时间，无偿为公众提供教育服务；
5、遵守博物馆的各项管理制度。
6、2010年公开招募时期，曾经递交过申请表的志愿者优先考虑。

二、招募程序
1、填写申请表，邮寄至“辽宁省大连市旅顺经济开发区广源街36号 生命奥秘博物馆”收，信封上请注明“志愿者”字样，邮政编码：116052，咨询电话：0411-39368787；或e_mail至wps991@hotmail.com，邮件主题注明“志愿者”字样。
2、曾经填写过申请表格的，请重新填写申请。
3、经生命奥秘博物馆审查批准后，参加培训，获证上岗。

To better fulfill its function of social education and promote the popularization of scientific knowledge, the museum would like to recruit volunteers from the society.
I. Qualifications
1. Above the age of 18, mentally and physically healthy
2. Love the museum work, have general knowledge about museum or natural sciences
3. Speak mandarin and standard languages, college students with medical and biological background preferred.
4. Dedicated, enthusiastic with public welfare causes, willing to provide free services to the public in free time
5. Abide by administrative rules of the museum
6. Consider in priority former applicants during the open recruiting in 2010

II. Recruiting procedure
1. Fill the application and post it to “Mysterious Life Museum, No. 36, Guangyuan Street, Lushunkou Economic Development Zone, Dalian, 116052”, marked “Volunteer” on the envelope. Hotline: 0411-39368787 or e-mail to wps991@hotmail.com, marked “Volunteer” as the Subject of the e-mail.
2. Early applicants shall refill the application.
3. Applicants will receive the training and then work with the certificates, after reviewed and approved by Mysterious Life Museum.
